Preferred Drug List
Envision's Preferred Drug List consists of preferred prescription products that provide participants with effective, high-quality medications at affordable prices and offers the plan sponsor the ability to offset the mounting cost through money saving pharmacy manufacturer rebates.
Our Preferred Drug List was developed on the recommendations of several committees. These committees review each drug to determine its safety and efficacy. This method of evaluation and selection is continuously performed for the inclusion of new drugs and the removal of existing drugs on the formulary. This process provides clients with a list of drugs that are not only safe and effective, but cost efficient.
Envision is contracted with more than 58,000 pharmacies nationwide to provide convenient accessibility for all members. Our network includes major chains and many local, independent pharmacies.
Direct Member Reimbursement
The Direct Member Reimbursement claim form is to be used only when it has been necessary to purchase prescriptions because your participating pharmacy did not honor your identification card or was unable to directly submit your claim. It should also be used when it was necessary to have your prescriptions filled at a non-participating pharmacy.
Envision's preferred Specialty Drug provider manages complex and costly therapies that have special store and handling requirements.
Our Call Center includes specially trained individuals that consistently meet or exceed industry standards for answering and resolving incoming inquiries. These representatives are continually monitored to assess accuracy and professionalism. The Call Center staff serves pharmacies, plan members, physicians and plan administrators.
