PREFERRED DRUG LISTThe Preferred Drug List is a list of commonly prescribed drugs that are recommended for use by Case. This list is not intended to be all inclusive and may omit some categories of drugs. This list is reviewed from time to time as new drugs and new prescribing information becomes available. As a general rule, in most instances, all generic drugs are covered and are encouraged to be prescribed whenever possible. Use of generic products first and then preferred branded medications listed will provide the most cost-effective medications for Case members.
